2. What data we process and why

Visiting the website

This is a presentation website: it has no user accounts, forms or restricted areas. When pages are accessed, the hosting server may automatically record technical data (IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser type) in operation and security logs.

• Purpose: operation, security and abuse prevention.
• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Retention: a limited period set by the hosting provider, after which the data is deleted automatically.

When you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you send us (for example your name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message).

• Purpose: to reply to you and, where applicable, to prepare an offer or to conclude and perform a contract.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract or the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Retention: as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the period required by legal obligations (for example archiving accounting documents).

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data. Data may be accessed, strictly to the extent necessary, by providers who supply services to us (website hosting, email services) acting as processors under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, and by public authorities where the law requires it.

We do not intentionally transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Should a provider do so, the transfer will only take place with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
